Bun venit pe pagina Integritatii Locale!

Aceasta sectiune web este un instrument pe care echipa Afaceripublice il propune tuturor celor interesati de cresterea transparentei in actul guvernarii si in combaterea coruptiei.

El reprezinta o sursa de informare pentru jurnalisti, societatea civila sau simplii cetateni cu privire la informatii publice relevante legate de calitatea reprezentantilor Consiliilor Judetene, Institutiei Prefectului, Primariilor Municipiilor de judet.

Punem la dispozitie atat informatii selectionate din presa, cat si informatii culese de catre echipa Afaceripublice pe baza legilsatiei in vigoare, in special a legii Liberului acces la Informatiile de interes public.

Astfel, pentru fiecare actor in parte, vom afisa urmatoarele informatii:

• Declaratia de avere;
• Declaratia de interese;
• Traseul politic / traseul profesional;
• Articole de presa relevante aparute de la preluarea mandatului actual;
• Firmele in care a fost/este asociat direct sau indirect;
• Colaborarea cu fosta Securitate (colaborator sau angajat);
• Post ocupat prin concurs sau numire politica.

Informatiile postate vor fi actualizate in mod permanent si vor fi corelate cu cele din Indexul de proiecte finantate din bani europeni

Indexul Integritatii cuprinde numai informatii cu caracter public ce pot fi identificate pe site-urile institutiilor publice si/sau in mass media.

Sectiunea „Asocieri economice” include informatiile identificate in declaratiile de interese ale actorilor (acolo unde este cazul). Informatiile integrate in aceasta categorie sunt influentate de gradul de actualizare a declaratiilor de interese si pot sa nu mai corespunda cu realitatea prezenta. Utilizatorii sunt incurajati sa faca distinctia intre rolurile si formele de asociere in care figureaza actorii.

Profilul mediatic a fost obtinut prin identificarea articolelor de presa generate de editiile electronice ale publicatiilor cotidiene si/sau periodice.

Aceasta resura nu ofera o imagine exhaustiva si/sau definitiva asupra statutului unui actor, dar poate servi cu succes unor documentari amanuntite si diversificate.

This web section is an instrument issued by the AfaceriPublice team for anyone interested in the growth of transparency in the act of governance and in the fight against corruption.

It represents a source of information for journalists, civil society, or regular citizens in regard to relevant public information about the quality of the representatives of County Councils, the Institution of the Prefect, and the Civic Centers of County Municipalities.

It makes available selected information from the press, as well as information gathered by the AfaceriPublice team on the basis of current legislation, especially the Law on Free Access to Public Information.

Thus, we will provide the following information for every actor:

• Declaration of Assets
• Declaration of Interests
• Political and professional history
• Relevant press articles published since the beginning of a political term
• Companies of former or current association, direct or indirect
• Connection, if any, with the former Securitate (collaborator or employee)
• Whether the position was obtained competitively or through political designation

Posted information will be continually updated and correlated with that of the Index of Projects Financed by European Funds.

The Index of Integrity only includes information of a public nature, which can be found on public institution websites and/or in mass media.

The section “Economic Associations” contains information identified in the actors’ statements of interests (where applicable). The information included in this section is influenced by the updating of the statements of interest and may not correspond to present reality. Users are encouraged to distinguish among the roles and forms of association in which actors take part.

The media profile was created through the identification of press articles generated by electronic editions of daily newspapers and/or periodicals.

This resource offers neither an exhaustive, nor definitive snapshot of the actor’s status, but could successfully serve some through its thorough and diversified research.
